Panel Work Point does not operate a checkout, cart, or paid download on this website. Marvel NFT comics themselves are not sold here. This Refund Policy describes fees for informational reading-order work if you hire the Chiang Mai desk by telephone or email.
What a fee covers
A fee, when agreed, covers time spent reading interiors, comparing variant files, and writing a stack or chart. It does not purchase a token, a Veve credit, a Marvel issue, or any investment product.
When a fee has not been agreed
If you only browse the site, there is nothing to refund. Public atlas notes, blog issue notes, and service descriptions are free to read.
If work has not started
If you and the desk agreed a starting figure, then you cancel by phone or email before we open the first file, we do not request payment. If you already transferred a deposit by a method you arranged privately, we return that deposit using the same method where practical, usually within ten business days after the Chiang Mai desk confirms the cancellation.
If work has started
Once interiors are open, time cannot be put back on the clock. If you stop the job mid-stack, we bill for hours already read, using the starting rates on the pricing page as a guide, and we send whatever partial notes exist. We do not invent a “restocking” fee because no physical product is shipped.
If the stack cannot be completed
If a promised NFT issue is missing from your tray or was never published as a digital file, we mark the gap and finish the rest. That gap is not a defect in the notes. If we cannot complete a map because the event name you gave does not match any files we can read, we stop and do not keep a fee for unread work.
Quality concerns
If a delivered stack skips a title you listed in the original email or call, tell us within fourteen days. We correct the order in writing. We do not refund because a crossover’s plot was disappointing or because a later drop replaced a file.
No marketplace returns
You cannot return a Marvel NFT comic through Panel Work Point. Platform refunds, if they exist, belong to Veve or another vendor you used. This desk is not a reseller.
